This program is for individuals navigating chronic symptoms or stress-driven patterns that haven’t fully shifted, even after trying many things.

 

Together, we focus on helping your brain and nervous system update the patterns that may be holding those experiences in place. As those patterns change, your system can begin responding differently - often more gently, more steadily, and with less effort.

 

If your body has been asking for something different, this is a powerful place to begin.

Radiance Revival

For women ready to come back to themselves

Radiance Revival is for women who have spent years showing up for everyone else…and are starting to feel the cost of that (or perhaps have been feeling it for a long time!)

It’s for the woman who looks capable on the outside, but inside feels tired, stretched thin, and quietly (sometimes not so quietly!) disconnected from herself.

 

This work gently helps unwind the patterns that lead to burnout and chronic overextension, while rebuilding energy, clarity, and a renewed sense of aliveness.

Applied Memory Reconsolidation Practitioner Training

For women called to guide change in others

This training is for women who feel drawn toward helping others heal, grow, and transform - and want a powerful, neuroscience-informed method for doing that.

You’ll learn how to help people update emotional patterns at their root, creating change that lasts.

And along the way, you’ll experience that process within yourself.

 

Many join because they want to support others.
Most leave changed in ways they didn’t expect.
