 FasterEFT

FasterEFT is a neuro-plasticity technique utilizing subconscious reprogramming and memory re-consolidation. It is based on a strong belief system that no-one is broken, but successfully producing outcomes from whatever they hold inside. It is a thinking process that encourages you to take complete responsibility for yourself, and empowers you to change how you represent the challenging parts of your past, enabling you to shift limiting beliefs and emotional disruptions, and restore your mental and physical health.

I am a Level 4 FasterEFT/eutaptics practitioner, and as such, am on the list of advanced upper level practitioners. I would be happy to provide eutaptics practitioners-in-training with sessions to fulfill upper level hours requirements, as you move through your training.

My Approach

My approach to helping people regain their mental and physical health has arisen out of my own personal journey. Many of us have a tendency to take life a little too seriously. We push ourselves too hard, thinking that when we get that better job or bigger house, lose those last fifteen pounds, or finally get out of physical pain, we will be happy. But what if the key to getting the things we want in out lives, is to be in a state of utter appreciation for what we already have?

I would like to suggest that happiness is not a destination, but more of a choice. Or maybe even a behaviour. Each day, we are given the chance to decide how we want to feel and behave. Some days, we will "move mountains", and others we will rest and recover, and it is all a part of our beautiful human experience.

I believe that none of us is "broken", despite how much we may feel that way. Our brains, and more specifically our limbic system, are running "programs", based on experiences from our past. These memories are stored in our subconscious, and act like the software installed on the hard-drive of a computer. Did you know that 95% of our brain activity is running these programs? So, when your partner talks to you in that certain tone of voice, and it triggers you to shut down, you are responding as if you were that five year old child, who heard that same tone from her father. Or when your boss calls you out on something, and your instinct is to run away, you are turning into that teenager who was called out by his/her mother. Our brains just recycle the same triggers, and their accompanying responses, over and over again. This is how we get stuck in self-sabotaging behaviours that don't serve us! Our lives are a direct result of what we carrying around inside us.

The good news is that advancements in neuroscience have led us to understand that it is possible to update this "programming," and thus improve our lives. Neuroplasticity makes it possible to change the mental "mechanics" of our brains through the use of memory reconsolidation techniques. Turns out it is possible to "teach an old dog new tricks!"

What if you could feel empowered to have all the health, happiness and abundance that you have always dreamed of? Are you ready to become more emotionally intelligent and take control of your life? I can't wait to help you, and look forward to working with you!
