Private Neural Repatterning Sessions

This is not simply a collection of sessions.

When your system is met with steady, attuned guidance, it becomes easier to update long-standing patterns and integrate those shifts in a way that feels natural rather than effortful.

 

This experience includes:

  • One private neural retraining session each week (with the potential for added sessions, if we both feel it would benefit you)

  • Two custom neural retraining recordings created specifically for you weekly

  • Ongoing text/email access for support and integration between sessions
